The 300 year old building is a original alpin mountain farm, and is located in the mountains on 1660 meters Our only neighbours are the animals of the forrests - it really is a place of peace and rest. Still there is a lot to do and explore, many interessting places and sports activities - just as you like! In the process of renovation we focused on keeping the original details and the historical flair.

Our apartments are nominated with three flowers. That is the highest rank amongst apartment-residences. the three flowers stand for the high quality of the accomodation and for the quality of its location and the region.

Located directly on the Italian / Astrian border (it runs through our property) and only a few miles from the Swiss border, the residence lays in the heart of the south tyrolean alps. Quiet, peaceful but yet close to wellknown places with a lot of flair: St. Moritz (CH), Arlberg (A), Bozen und Meran (I) all in a 1-2 hours distance
